Strong Water Package Store is a 9,000 square-foot new-build project in Fayetteville, Georgia. The project included the demolition of the existing building, new construction, and installation of stormwater and sewer systems. This project was completed in December 2023.

MEJA constructed the new ACE Hardware store in Locust Grove, Georgia. This facility spans 10,000 square feet and involved significant site preparation, masonry work, and the creation of a new parking lot. This project was completed in November 2023.

MEJA completed construction of a new office facility at Ashley Park in Newnan, Georgia. This over 25,500 square-foot, two-story building consisted of four tenant buildouts at approximately 6,000 square feet each. This project was completed by November 2020.
